Support

OBR Workshops and Materials have been requested by pastors and mission leaders in nations around the world. LMW prayerfully seeks to meet all these requests. As funds are raised, we plan to hold OBR Workshops, and distribute free teaching materials, in the following countries during 2007-2008.

Kenya, Africa

LMW’s past trips to Kenya have revealed a great need among pastors for the practical resources and training that OBR workshops provide them. LMW has received dozens of requests to hold workshops in cities and parts of Kenya we have not yet visited.

Liberia, Africa

LMW has received numerous requests from Liberian pastors and CAPRO leadership to hold OBR workshops and distribute materials in Liberia, a country in great need. A workshop team was in two cities in 2007. More materials and teams are needed as continuing requests come into the LMW offices.

Nigeria, Africa

Presently, LMW partners with five established organizations in Nigeria: NEMA (Nigerian Evangelical Missions Association), Stillwaters, Overcomers Visionary Faith Centre, Joshua Book Mart and Challenge/Oasis International.

A future mission/workshop trip will include a visit to each of these partnering groups to hold workshops in their respective cities and assist them in reaching more pastors and teachers with OBR materials.

Ghana, Africa

LMW partners with Challenge Enterprises of Ghana to make OBR materials available and affordable to Ghanaian Christians and church leaders. Workshops have been held in 6 differents areas of Ghana, but the church is growing so rapidly that new pastors desparately need training and materials.

Challenge Enterprises presently prints, What the Bible Says to the Minister and is actively working on printing The Preacher’s Outline & Sermon Bible^® New Testament set.

India

LMW partners with OM Literature in Hyderabad, India. OM prints the NIV New Testament version of the Preacher's Outline & Sermon Bible in English. Hindi and Malayalam are needed to reach many more pastors and church leaders with God's Holy Word outlined.

A workshop team will be in northern India in 2007  to help equip Christian leaders with OBR materials. Please pray for their safety and health as they prepare to go.

China

Working with Amazing Grace International (AGI), LMW is working to make OBR materials available in simplified and traditional Madarin.

Nepal

An Outline Bible Resource team will be going to Nepal this year to hold the very first OBR workshop. Several OBR books have been translated into Nepalese and as Christianity continues to grow in numbers there, more trained leadership is needed. LMW has a vision to help Nepal come to Christ.

Arabic

Dr. Burkett met with several Christian leaders this year in Cairo to discuss an Arabic translation of the Preacher's Outline& Sermon Bible. Pray for God's guidance as organizations band together to make this work available in a language that over 255 million people speak.
