Incorporation
Leadership Ministries Worldwide (LMW) was incorporated in the state of Tennessee in July of 1992 and received IRS 501(c) 3 non-profit status in March 1994. LMW is an international, non-denominational mission organization.
Founding
LMW was founded to publish and distribute The Preacher's Outline & Sermon Bible® and other Outline Bible ResourcesTM for the support of pastors, teachers and lay leaders worldwide.

A portion of the proceeds from US sales of The Preacher's Outline & Sermon Bible®, along with donations from donor partners, help underwrite the translation and distribution of Outline Bible Resources™ —especially to those who cannot afford them.
