LMW is a long standing member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
The ECFA is an accreditation agency dedicated to helping Christian ministries earn the public's trust through adherence to seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship. Founded in 1979, it is comprised of over 1,100 charitable, religious, missionary, social, and educational tax-exempt, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations.
ECFA's Standards of Responsible Stewardship focus on:
- board governance
- financial transparency
- integrity in fund-raising
- and proper use of charity resources
A portion of the proceeds from US sales of The Preacher's Outline & Sermon Bible® and Outline Bible ResourcesTM, along with donations from donor partners, help underwrite the translation and distribution of Outline Bible Resources™ for the support of pastors, preachers, teachers, church and lay leaders around the world—especially those who cannot afford them.
